Ugly Fish Friday

A video produced as part of the marketing campaign for the multi-award winning initiative run by Lusso. Inspired by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Fish Fight, Ugly Fish Friday's aim is to help introduce a wider variety of fish onto the menus and plates of Britain. The piece covers a lunchtime service at one of Lusso's sites, with fish cooked to order from fresh right in the restaurant.
